    Singletrack, like any other media outlet, has to conform to the terms of injunctions passed by the high court. If you post anything that runs the risk of breaching any injunction, no matter if breaches have happened elsewhere in the public domain, we will remove your post as soon as we become aware of it.

    Whatever your opinion on the rights and wrongs of a particular injunction, we are responsible for this forum and this is not the platform for anyone to voice their opinions on a legal issue that risks dragging us into the issue.

    If you don’t follow the rules then in this case you will be banned for at least a week.
    If we feel you are deliberately trying to get a reaction from the moderators as regards this issue we will ban you for considerably longer.
