seem quite cheap on CRC and was wondering whether it was a false economy and I should just go for another King or Hope or take a chance and see what they are like?

If you want a bargain quality headset right now, pick up either a Raceface Deus or an FSA Orbit Extreme Pro on ebay… Both are circa £80-100 RRP, yet can be had for under £25 if you're lucky enough!
