After reading some of the “discussions” regarding Sufferfest’s new 4DP I thought I’d give it a another go after a couple of years of Zwifting.
The 4DP thing makes sense and is apparently backed up by some actual science by like, scientists and whoever. Doing the initial test it turns out I’m an attacker, like Valverde. (but without the palmares) I was a bit surprised at the results, I’ve always thought I’m better at a fairly steady effort level but that wasn’t really based on much actual evidence.
Anyone else tried it, did you get the results you expected, read the controversy elsewhere?
