    Don’t forget, you’ll be handicapped based upon these numbers too, so can work in your favour

    That’ll be a first!

    The worst part is, you’re all coming in heavy and under zwifted, as soon as you get going again your FTP will fly up and weight down!

    Ha!
    Beer, curry and chips whilst rapidly approaching 50 beg to differ.

    In that case I think I’m now 100kg (same FTP). First race is going to rock…. 😆

    Getting there now. If your name is in yellow I still need FTP and weight so get them over please!

    Bought some new scales and did a ramp test last night. It looks like the new scales have pushed my weight up to 68kg and the ramp test says FTP is 242W.

    And here we have a contender ! I think I could chop both legs off and still be more than 68kg.

    OK still waiting for the links from Zwift but this is the line up…

    No restrictions on bikes on this series so choose what suits you or the course.

    There will be a Green points Jersey and a KOM points Jersey in addition to the handicap and GC races.;

    Note: If you want to be included in the Green Jersey or KOM points race scoring you need to be registered on Zwift Power as this is where I will pull the data from. You are still welcome to take part on the rest of the series if you dont register on Zwift Power.

    Total distance: 139km
    Total Elevation: 1326m

    Race 1 – 14th September 19:30
    London – Classique – 5 laps (32.7km, approx 120m of elevation)

    A visit to London to kick of the series with sprint points awarded for the 5 fastest times over the Mall Sprint section during the whole event.

    Race 2 – 21st September 19:30
    Bologna TT Course – 1 lap (8km, approx 230m of elevation)
    1 set of KOM points awarded

    This is a TT start so when you sign up you will be alocated a start time (read up on TT mode here if you arent familiar with it – https://zwiftinsider.com/time-trial-mode/#:~:text=In%20the%20past%2C%20Zwift%20TT%20races%20released%20all,to%20the%20start%20line%20and%20release%20them%20individually%3A)

    Crit City – The Bell Lap 6 Laps (11.4km, approx 48m of elevation)
    A fairly flat but intense course to kick of the double header. Sprint points awarded over the prime section
    1 set of sprint points awarded

    Race 3b – 28th September 20:00
    Richmond – Cobbled Climbs Reverse (9.2km, approx 132m of elevation)

    Ooooft, 5 laps of classique, that’s a tough start. As you implied, it kinda suits me, bit still a decent challenge as I don’t usually race 30+ distance races. I’m deffo more a short and sweet kind of guy.

    That’s a fine set of routes there. Slightly gutted the 2 I can make include Bologna TT though, would have liked a good excuse to drop that. 😂

    Will do an FTP test tonight and let you know the results Robbo.

    Courses looks like a decent mix.

    I was going to ride an MTB throughout to ‘keep it real’….. but i am now thinking otherwise 😀

    Hi @robbo1234biking , Could you add my name to the list please. FTP 243, weight 74kg. Cheers.

    @paino

    Well that was embarrassing, averaged 302W for 20 min FTP test then realised it takes 85% as the actual figure! So new FTP 286W and 80kg. Not sure if the test is based on previous FTP, but asking me to do 355W for 5 mins was wholly unachievable.

    I think they take 95% of your 20 min best, NOT 85..

    Ok..

    @robbo1234biking

    Pop my name down for this again… probably better to be in the list and NOT turn up (As ride IRL on tuesdays) rather than miss out.
    I haven’t done an FTP, so painfully I’ll stick with my current (i.e OLD!) http://FTP..
    FTP 301w
    weight 71kg
    These figures will come to bite me in the bum, eh!

    Weight today: 84.4Kg
    FTP based on an hour of feable power: 209W
    FTP from 95% of 20mins: 259W

    Big triathlon for me Sunday so I’ll line up Monday and just try and make it round, buts it’s flat so not my favourite anyway. Be good to get back to these to push hard again on the bike

    The links will open in the companion app if you have it on a phone. If not they will open on zwift.com on any PC. The events are not in the public event lists in app or zwift.com. They do appear on ZP but you cannot join that way.
