    Is it just me and my phone or is the private message facility really dodgy?

    I can see a new message has arrived but when I click on it, there’s nothing there.

    I have been deleting cache and changing settings recently so apologies if it is me.

    Had the same. Even following the email link to the new message. Android, Chrome. And Win10, Chrome.

    Received one yesterday and had no problem opening, no problem with sending a reply either.

    Just for balance like.
