Captain Carbon, you need to check where you’ve entered the data, it’s appeared in row 1, there’s a half filled in row 2/3rds of the way down too with no username.
So do you just update the weekly column with your current weight in kilos?
Pretty much, username, diet choice, height, then weight in the week 1 or start column, everything else is done automaticaly (but you can overide it if you’ve got a different target).Posted 5 years agogeordiemick00Member

I’ll do it, not ridden much for a couple of weeks due to illness, and have mainly been eating cake and lard.
Sounds like a fun illness that allows you to eat cake and lard.
Unfortunately no fun at all.
Oh well, weighed in. 188cm tall and 85kg. 12-13kg of fat to lose. I’m not sure where its hiding though.Posted 5 years ago
