    Wow this is a picture of Envisat, Europe’s giant Earth Sciences satellite which has packed-up after 10 years’ service. The picture was taken by Pleiades, a new spacecraft from the French Space Agency (CNES), while speeding past at a range of 100km. The operators had to flip Pleiades over and probably had to snap the picture within a time-window of few a milli-seconds.
