Just got a mail from strava, looks like they have done a deal with sufferfest. Brilliant. I’ve been thinking about premium just to support the company as none of the premium features bothered me, but now a decent reason (if you turbo)

It convinced me to upgrade I must say.
Just done ‘Rubberglove’ to work out my Heart-rate FTP score.
Any idea what the hell I do with it now? ❓ 😕

The idea in TrainerRoad is the software scales the workout according to your measured FTP.

Assuming you’re going on virtual power (not using a meter) I’d guess Strava is the same otherwise the FTP result is pretty much useless?

You use your FT-HR to set your training zones….

Thanks vdubber although I had gathered that much but cant seem to find anywhere to tell me how to use your FTP score to calibrate the zones?
