    just a quick one, my hope bottom bracket arrived today, ive fitted it to the bike and it feels ever so stiff to turn, presume this is just in need of bedding in and will loosen up??

    Is there a preload cap on the cranks as that could have been overtightened?

    Are both bearings tight or just one?
