As above I’m trying to build a light weight full sus for general use
And have been thinking of mmx rim but unsure just how much they can take
If it helps I weigh 58kg and don’t jump or other silly things

    I’d be putting crests on!

Alpines are marginally lighter than Crests.

I use Podium MMXs ostensibly for racing, but in fact have used them for most of my normal riding too, because I prefer how the bike rides with the lighter wheels. They’re fine, slight dent in the rear, but nowt major. I’ve done Dalby, Afan, Haldon and countless Surrey Hills rides on them.

Thanks. I have a set of the A2Z hubs sat waiting

Now just need to choose black or silver spokes

Black. From ActionSports.de, I’ve ordered 2 sets, they’re cheaper than trade in the UK, and they’ve sent me some spares FOC both times.
