  • Standard Shimano/Sram freehub- any engineering/specification diagrams online?

Looking for something a bit niche..

Does anyone know if there is an engineering diagram anywhere online of a ‘standard’ Sram/Shimano freehub body? I just need all of the standard outer measurements, not the hub specific internal ones.

If not- does anyone know someone I could pay to do this for me?

There’s a reverse engineered diagram of a sprocket...

I have the Shimano tech books here but usually fail to find the same info in any of the dozen (it seems) Shimano sites that they spread info across. Let me know what dimensions you need and I can list what’s there.

    Thanks both.
Essentially I need to know what measurements I’d require to machine my own freehub body.
    So:
    – Freehub body length
    – Outer diameter outside of splines
    – Outer diameter between ‘splines’
    – distance between each ‘spline’
    – Tolerances(?)

(Forgotten what to call the raised parts).

mickmcd- that is perfect! I need it in a CAD.
Is there any chance you send this file to me?
