I have buggered my left side crank outer bolt. The 10mm bolt, not the internal 8 mm crank puller. I can get the crank off, but it looks a real mess. Can somebody confirm whether it is anti-clockwise to remove this 10mm bolt? I have ordered a new bolt, but I want to get it out. Any help appreciated.

Yeah, they wouldn’t put a direction arrow and a torque value on it for removal. Drill two holes opposite each other and use a peg spanner to turn it out.
