I need to change a chain ring and as i have never removed these cranks before i was wondering what the process is.

I have tried googling it but my internet keeps dropping out and it takes ages to download anything.

8mm allen key to undo the bolt on the none driveside crank arm, as it unscrews the bolt will push against the crank arm to pop it off (pretty much like the old self extracting crank bolts). Then slide out drive side. Job done. Refit in reverse.
