    Building up a new bike and found the rear hose is 20cm to short on my Guide Ultimates – I don’t want to pay (if I can help it) £30+ on a SRAM hose and I have some old Goodridge banjo connectors spare (previously used on Formula brakes) and some hope black 5mm hose – I can’t see a reason why it wouldn’t all work – any one have anything to add?
