  • Spoke length calculator for 29er
  • I want to have a go at building a spare pair of wheels for my 29er.
The DT Swiss calculator doesn't list 29"rims.
Is there another one on line somewhere that does ?
It'll be a Rohloff hub on the back if that makes a difference.

You can enter almost any sizes and it shows you what you need to measure.

    Thanks.
Only problem is, I need to measure the rim first, I was hoping to buy the rim and spokes all in one go, otherwise I'll just use the same type of rims as I have already got.

Go to the rim manufacturers website and look up the ERD of the rim. Same for the hub. Bang numbers into spoke calculator. Bingo.

    I bet it's either 290 or 292mm as well…..! 🙂

Bet they're shorter than that for the Rohloff hub 😉
