I have an 06 Enduro, have just changed all the bearings, I need to reassemble the horst link (the one with the 2 really small bearings) at the chainstay, but can’t figure out how to get the 2 flat washers in that sit between the bearings and the frame, It’s a really tight fit. Anyone got any tips or advice? Cheers

Hold them on the bearing then push the frame over the top, another pair of hands helps

That makes it sound very easy! Will try a second pair of hands though ta

I sometimes use a bit of grease to stick them in place.

^^ grease up (and some on the outside too) and slowly easy it all together.

It’s best to pull / push the chainstay at a slight angle first (connecting slightly with one sides spacer) then straighten up – sometimes if the frame / chainstay are connected straight together the spacers are easy to get pushed off.
