Finally sorted out the photos of a fab trip in the land of the Trans-Provence. In fact we were staying in Ash’s family home (he’s moved so let’s it out) which was an amazing place with a pool and massive garage. Uplifted all week by the awesome CoolBus, except for one day when we rode to the Med. We did get picked up tho.

So much variety, some bike-park-y stuff above Sospel, but most of it was natural trails that were steep, rocky, full of exposure plus loads of forest singletrack and some weird almost volcanic earth one day.

By the end of the week I was knackered regardless of the uplift. It’s brutal terrain even riding a brilliant full-suss.

Are you going back to Slovenia again anytime soon?

I’d like too. We were in Croatia this year and we all love the whole region. I fancy some riding out there as well. Need to plan a trip for next year riding wise – thinking Morocco. Got to tick some more boxes before I get too old!
