    just bottled & labelled 30x 500ml bottles of home made pilsner, now relaxing. remind me to make my labels rectangular!

    tomorrow:
    out on t’bike ! for the first time in about a year. see if my legs still hate hills
    then later, putting another brew on – Theakston’s Best Bitter clone, 19 litres for about £8 worth of ingredients.
