I’ve got 4 days at Betws-y-Coed coming up, not ridden in the area before. We’re staying at the hostel at Swallow Falls.

Immediate thoughts (via a bit of web trawling) are Marin Trail, Penmachno, Coed-y-Brenin and possibly a ride up Snowdon itself (Llanberis path / Ranger path) if the weather is good. Its in October so after the ban expires, but would avoid the weekend for this.

Is there anything else I should be looking at which would be better than teh above? Don’t get to ride trail centres very often so quite happy to play on these, but also quite capable of navigating round natural stuff too.

This is worth a look – Marin / Cowlyd Killer. Natural trails and trail centre in one ride.
