Each new generation of phones brings a new wave of solutions to problems that we never cared about.

My nephew explained that I could have a bath run at the correct temperature for me getting home.

Does anyone else not care, examples please

Well, some do seem to sink to the lowest common denominator, and I’m basin that theory on the above comments. People need to realise these puns can only be pushed soap far.

how about a STW whingeometer, just letting us know when it’s full of the brown stuff.

What you have there is an example of an app developer solving a problem that didn’t exist, rather than smartphones. Or more accurately, the developer attempting to solve a problem that DOES exist, namely him or her not having quite enough money.

I don’t care that you don’t care that people care.

I also don’t care, but don’t care if other people care.

We’d only fill our lives with some other form of distracting crap in order to distract us from the impending oblivion.

Don’t get in a lather over it Jamie; can be draining in the long run

    impending oblivion

    Great band.

….although not as good as my favourite singer, Loofah Vandross

Sorry to pull the plug on the puns for a minute, but what is there to get in a lather about really?

If you are coming home and want to get straight into a hot bath – and can do that from your phone, what’s not to like? Bravo, I say – all for modern technology, unlike the luddites that seem to populate this place.

Now go and rinse your archaic views away!

    Leads to

Apple’s App Store is populated by many “zombie” programs which get next-to-no downloads, new research suggests.

Figures seen by the BBC from tracking service Adeven indicate over two-thirds of apps in the store are barely ever installed by consumers.

perhaps an app to count the number of apps we don’t use?

Any phone can do that, just phone your Mrs and tell her to put the bath on.
