Will this work with the old standard 1&1/8 fittings on a new tapered revelation or do I need another adapter?

    Cheers in advance

Are you talking about the expanding bung that the mudguard attaches to? If so mine wouldn’t tighten up enough, but I just wrapped insulation tape a few times to build up the internal diameter and all has been fine so far.

Yes, I was wondering if they had modified the bung to suit newer forks

I’ve just bought a Shockboard for my 29er and that came with a bung for tapered forks

You can get the mounting kit by itself… https://secure.ukbikestore.co.uk/product/31/mg321/sks-shockboardshockblade-spare-mounting–fitting-kit.html

Says it comes with 1.5″ bung

I bought the expander bolt kit recently, from wiggle I think. Came with lots of different size bungs. One is huge so that must be the one you need. Can post you it if you like?

All my shockboards get fitted with cableties, I seem to break the mounting point anyway.

I’ve got revs and the largest bung is not big enough. It will hold in the hole but its not particularly tight so I’ve used insulation tape.
