    Anyone use them? Thinking about their leggings for running. Worth the money?

    Socks seem to make a difference for recovery, I’m not personally keen on them running although I do see a lot of people at races using them.

    I splashed out on a pair of these a couple of months ago, and they’re excellent:

    I’m not sure the compression makes much difference but they’re really comfortable, with no chafing even on the 69K ultra I did in the heat on Saturday.

    Personally I think they work (could be snake oil) I use skins shorts when running or training these days and I rarely have achy upper thighs (the area they cover).

    It could also just be that I’m not working hard enough though 🙂
