    help needed please,
    I’ve been given a bluetooth gps reciever to save me from buying a TomTom, Unfortunately there’s no car charger with it..I’ve got the mains charger which output is +5.3V, I’ve found a car charger in maplins here but will it be ok? the battery has 3.7V 930mAh on it.
    I’ve fried the last 2 by using a nokia charger, which I now know is bad….

    the charger also has 0.5A on it…

    Should be fine, check you set the polarity right though.
