Go half to one Euro size bigger than your normal shoes size IME

They are a tiny bit narrow but I’ve always found they run true to size otherwise.

I’ve had about 3 pairs over the years, I go up a size because i have a high instep and wide feet, they do give a bit though in the width. Recently tried GIRO Terraduro and i couldnt even fasten the velcro my arch is that high…..

Width is quite narrow (but perfect). Take a 45-45.5 in everyday footwear, use a 46 Sidi. They come up smaller than Shimano/Giro/DMT and a host of others.
