After waiting for 20 odd years to realise my childhood wish, my amazing wife has bought me a Tamiya Vanessas Lunchbox. Kit form as well. I could never justify buying it for myself. Am so excited to get started on it. Complete surprise and not even any real hints – she’s a goodun 🙂

Kids bought me the same T shirt as the OP. Very pleased with it.

Splashmap of Dartmoor. Fantastic. Folds smaller than the paper one, wont rip, or get ruined in the rain, its all on one side (unlike the paper one) and I can fold it so just the bit I need is showing and not ruin it.
Plus it’s been worn as a hat, scarf and a natty looking sarong today 😀

Had no idea and have no real interest in astronomy other than sitting in the garden with the ipad and a pair of binoculars. Kids love looking at the moon planets.

The other half got me a Jetboil which I’m well chuffed with!! This and my new ultra light tent put me well on my way to some overnight bike adventures in 2014! May look at having a crack at doing the Lakeland 200.

A personalised goretex makita work coat off the father in law!!! Nearly fell over!! Now cant wait to return to work!!
