Zombies? You’d be better advised to shelter in (fortified) place. Having a bug-out vehicle implies having a place to go and a plan to get there, and what to do when/IF you arrive. Best just to wait it out and let the problem decompse.

I’d probably choose the Marauder as seen in Top Gear

It’s sort of the right mix of go-anywhere but with enough storage space for some food and a bed. Also, if all the zombies should explode, it can still cope with that.
