A mountain bike should be a reliable, solid friend that’s built to last and just works with minimal maintanence. No fancy gimmicks to justify the marketing bulls+#. That’s why I love orange bikes.
Who cares what a bike looks like or if it’s got the latest fad technology. They’re for RIDING, not poncing around trail centres.Posted 5 years agochipMember
Hi,Posted 5 years ago
New to mountain bikes and to the forum.
I am just entering into the creaky knees phase of my life and decided to get a bike again my last being a bmx in the 80s, Here’s mine,
I have wheels, tyres, tubes, fork, stem, bars and new headset already.
I hope to get a complete slx groupset and a seat post in the next few weeks before I start to build it.
Was going to send it off to orange for a refinish but I know if I did I would be too worried about scratching it to ride it as it should be.
