I’m thinking of tinkering in the garage to build one and maybe run it down some local hills (and also for my son).

No engines, wooden construction, pedal or gravity powered….

Or any tips for wheels / axles / brake / steering, cheers.

Thinking of building a soap box style, wooden with pram or wheel barrow wheels.

    Whatcha got ❓

Always wanted to build one of these. I’ve now reached the age where I think I’ll have to wait for a new arrival to justify it.

Have you had a look for kits?

Or is the design part what you’re really after?

Had loads as a kid with various success..

Not sure it survived the take off, pretty sure the wheels shouldnt be at that angle!!

This looks alright, but could do with bigger wheels.

I’d be more worried about my spine surviving that landing that the wheels. But then I’m a sofie with a bad back and used to a couple of grands worth of Fox shocks cushioning my landings 🙂

The one in the link is a good design I rekon, easy enough to replicate without buying the kit.

Can go posher & posher from there on, but a nice easy start.

cbmotorsport what about the Mk1 behind the Kart.

Taxi landing looks like it would be painful and fatal for the Taxi.

Alas Mk1 is not mine. We just store it, so haven’t taken any pictures. Sorry.
