Just after a bit of advice before I can get anytime to get to a proper bike fit place.
Past couple of of rides I have been getting a sore neck and pain between shoulders after riding.
I am over weight but working on that and not the best of riders so some of this could come down to those factors.
I do however find I am putting too much pressure on my wrists when up in the saddle and when saddle is down and I am going on the twisty stuff I can feel I am lifting my head to look ahead of me.
Some of this could be because I am out of shape and just not using the right muscles enough yet but also could be small fit issues.
Thinking of maybe tilting the saddle back a bit to start with. Any other small changes to try bit by bit?
Bike rides great apart from the aches! Stock 60mm stem, 750mm bars with 15mm rise and all spacers under stem.
