I’ve bought a pair of Shimano r315 shoes from chain reaction, used the save40 code so they seem a bargain :-). Question is though, I live 45mls from the nearest fitting centre, they’d make a charge as I didn’t buy them from them ( anyone know how much ? ) and all I’d realy like done is the insole. Is it posible to do that yourself or would I just end up trashing them ?

If you have a combination oven then you can try it yourself.
You really have to be careful with the temperature and timing though. Best get it done at a fitting centre to be honest, the outer moulding makes a real difference.

Takes about 30 minutes, so whatever that is in labour costs I guess.
