Shimano 959 pedals – service guide

My 959 pedals which I have had for years need a good cleaning…..

Anyone got a service guide on how to take these apart? Frightened that I undo a bracket and everything springs to the four corners of the garage…

I used to have a service guide which was in MBR back in 2003 / 2004 – but, cannot find it!
