I managed to get a branch caught up in my chainset last night and have destroyed the 105 5800 rear mech on my 2016 Arkose.

Before i order a new one – would the new 105 7000 rear mech work with my Shimano RS505 shifters, or should i stick with 105 5800?

Are there any performance differences in the two options?

Thanks Jim, that is excellent – just thought it worth an upgrade for the sake of a couple of quid.
