This isn’t a stealth ad by the way, genuinely seeking advice on the matter.

I have a 2011 Blue Pig frame (i’ve always wanted one) to build up as a trail bike, I was going to swap the 140mm Revs from my current HT (Dartmoor Hornet) and I’ve just bought an XT 11-speed cassette, mech and shifter to take care of the rest of the build…

…but, that leaves me a forkless Hornet to then break down and sell on eBay which will be a pain in the arse.

So, should I sell the Hornet as a complete bike and put some of what I get to some new forks instead?

Lastly, what does the hive mind reckon I’ll get for the Hornet?….newer black stanchions Revs, Deore brakes, SLX 1×10 running gear, Pacenti wheels, Schwalbe tyres, Burgtec stem, carbon On-One bars, Charge Spoon saddle, On-One seatpost, all nicely colour coded in black and white.

    Auction or buy it now?
    Cheers.
