A Winnie the Pooh teddy bear, a bike, a fax machine, jeans and a snake were among a host of bizarre items found in Scottish sewers

Brilliant Headline on BBC Scotland main page today.

I just read the story and totally overlooked the title.. it is good though 😀
Quite why ppl would lift a sewer lid to dump a pink ladies bicycle, a fax machine and a large Winnie the Pooh teddy (amoungst other stuff), remains a mystery to me.

Because they are lazy and thick.

Lazy becasue it is less effort than taking it to the tip

Thick because they don’t realise that, if it their sewer, it will back up their pipes and flood the house whilst hey are watching Jeremy Kyle in the living room

    Prize tools!

Because they are lazy and thick.

Lazy becasue it is less effort than taking it to the tipwhat confuses me is why some people take stuff to the tip (I go passed one on my commute) and then dump it on the dirt road next to the tip. Can never decide if it’s idiots who turn up at 9pm expecting it to be open or people who get turned away for whatever reason and think **** it I’ll just leave it practically on the doorstep then.
