    I’ve got a new cross bike hopefully arriving on Monday (yay) so will probably be looking to sell my old one
    It’s one of the original On-one Titanium (disc compatible) cross frames (51cm) currently built up with Planet-X carbon forks, Ultegra / Open pro wheels, TRP Euro-X brakes, 9 speed Ultegra shifters & rear mech, 105 front mech, Sram cranks, Bonty bars & stem and Thomson post.

    I’m guessing I’ll possibly get more cash by splitting and selling separately? I’ve never tried selling a whole bike before though so could be wrong.

    What are your thoughts?

    My thoughts are that, after initial interest in hearing about CX bits for sale, I realise that I don’t need to buy any of what you’ve got so I don’t care.

    That wasn’t very helpful was it?

    In my (limited) experience of selling bike bits, splitting makes it easier but you do tend to end up with a box of bits that are impossible to shift…

    I have absolutely no idea to be honest. I’d probably just put it on ebay and hope for the best 🙂

    singletrack=split for parts

    ebay=whole bike

    i’d try and sell it as a whole first

    always split for more £££, esp for a cult/niche-ish frame like that, IMO.

    Yeah, you’re probably right but I need to fund new wheels and brakes for the Felt.

    Not decided yet. Will make a decision this week. Will let you know if I’m going to split 🙂
