For those doing it this Saturday.
We’re looking at leaving between 9:30-9:45am, hoping that we can get a group together to do this with an aim to do it at a good pace, around 5hr target so the more of us the easier it is.
Not going flat out because i’ve got the 100km next day but anyone wanting to join us is more than welcome.
We’ll prob stop at 1 of the feed stops, maybe 2 at a push so to keep legs moving a much as poss. Speed will be consistent so you may get dropped, so apologies in advance if that does happen( but looking at doing good time without expending too much energy). Will be looking once we get going to do as much ‘through n off’ as possible to keep as rested as poss and keep speed up.
