I know it is meant to be a bit of fun, but wtf, i have to get something for my boss!!! I have been in the job 4 months so i guess it could be worse, i know they ride horses but beyond that?

But what do you buy a 50+ women that isn’t a) boring as F*** or going to get you fired as you fail your probationary period!

    budget?

£25 for swiss army knife with cork screw and scissors is a personal favourite. Get it engraved for extra brown nosing. She may not instantly like it, but wait til she first uses it.

i thought the point of Secret Santa is nobody knows who bought the gifts?

In which case it doesn’t matter if you choose the ‘wrong’ thing as they’ll never know who’s responsible.

Plus, as you say it’s a bit of fun, so your boss would be a massive bore if they got ‘offended’ by something harmless.

Our place is always mildly offensive and I’ve got to buy for a guy who is habitually late so it shouldn’t be too hard this year!

    Bananaguard is a good one

    We have a £5 limit… I laminated a £5 note

Cost exactly £5, no effort and made it completley and utterley useless – perfect secret santa present – face when he opened it and the penny dropped was wonderful 😆
