If you’ve got a Gmail account just use that and put a full stop in it, registers as a new account on CRC, but Gmail will just ignore the full stop and send it to your address.

You can also add “+<whatever-you-want-here>” to a gmail account and it will still send to your email.

Yeah so when shopping I use user+crc1@gmail.com and user+tredz1@gmail etc, mostly so that I can find out who is leaking my email address (looking at you triton cycles) but also so I can easily track orders etc..
