    Many on here will have dealt with these people, and poor customer service has been regularly reported. You will recall that Windsor & Maidenhead Trading Standards have been carrying out an investigation, and several of us have been asked to make statements about the treatment we have received. I've just received an e-mail from them as follows

    Many thanks for providing information and completing our questionnaire. We have managed to build up a full picture of the types of ways that this trader is letting people down through breaching contracts, communicating badly, processing orders inefficiently and processing refunds too slowly.

    We had a meeting with our Solicitor yesterday, and we are now in the process of putting together extra information for our Barrister with a view to taking this forward formally now.

    Without the information from respondents like you we would not be able to take any action, so thank-you for taking the time and trouble to assist us with this important process.

    If this trader does not engage with us and accept our offer of signing an ‘undertaking’ agreement then this will progress to court and at such time we may require further information or assistance from you. In any event, we will be sure to let you know the outcomes.
