Robert Penn is trying to track down someone that was on their flight from Perpignan on the 15th July, from Birmingham apparently.
Ryan air unpacked and then incorrectly re-packed some bike bags.

This your kit? Put in my son's bike box at Perpignan airport by baggage team, flight to Birmingham on 15/7 @Ryanair refusing to help. Pls RT pic.twitter.com/NbhHZjNqmD
