Ive had a very busy day today, during which I had to run into the local supermarket and get some food for dinner. It turned out that what I thought was the end of a beef filet was stewing meat of some sort so the delicious smelling and looking rare joint that I took out of the oven was inedable cack.

There was some swearing as we sat down to a plate of vegetables 😡

It’s not the first time I’ve done this (my excuse is that the meat is labelled in Danish and my Danish isn’t that good) I hole you all have better dinners than me.

Having written that, it all seems rather unimportant all of a sudden and I can get back to that bottle of red 🙂

I hole you better dinner in future have.

Part of the whole fun of being in foreign parts is not quite knowing what you are buying.

Well there probably is but it is annoying.

Moral of the story. Supermarket meat is minging.

It was good quality organic beef.
