Nice weather for it but I don’t think being up since 4:30 was any good for my legs as they felt awful and I managed a pitiful 16mph average!

Yep, lovely laid back ride today with brother in law. Still managed 28 miles. Only dust, NO mud! Feels slightly wrong to be so clean after a ride in spring!

Not technically allowed out today but I made it out on 4 different occasions (errands and stuff) on the bmx and had a thoroughly good time….vest on Bruce Willis style 😀

I Did 20 miles on the Quantocks, I bumped into richie and the Silverfish gang up there, the trails up there are about as good as they get.

No riding for me, been injured for the past three weeks, all going well the sports injury clinic will give me the all clear on Wednesday.
