We suffered with mouldy washing machine seal. Googling suggested that it was related to washing at lower temperatures. We now do one hot wash each month with just powder in – no washing – seems to have cured it

Ours went manky and now we can't get it clean even using bleach etc. Dry it each time and leave the door slightly open. Previous poster is correct about low temps. Do a really hot service wash once a month.
