    “Aims to deliver next working day with online tracking” and fails every time, despite the email/text telling me they will be delivering.

    Does RM actually provide any tracking, beyond “we’ve got it” and “delivered” ??

    It’s clearly described as an aspiration rather than a promise.

    hahahaha – “tracked” pmsl. 5 days later, it’s still on it’s way so I go to the depot and ask where it is. They don’t know.

    It seems that they are aiming too high trying for 24 hours, they are currently 0 for 2.
    Maybe they should review the blurb to “we aim to deliver” at least then expectations can be met.
    It’s not like you even get a refund after paying for the 24 hour service

    We use this service quite a bit and most of the time it gets delivered on the next working day. Do you live somewhere weird?
