Easy Out Bolt Extractor…

Tap a slightly larger torx into it then carefully and slowly undo.

Bigger torx key and hammer in?

Give it a dousing in penetrating oil* first, then as above – bigger Torx driver hammered in. Make sure the bars are securley held so that they don’t bounce around.

Can thoroughly recommend Duck Oil – has helped shift some very stuck fastenings for me…

if the above doesnt work, can you cut a slot in it and tap it round?

Hacksaw across and unscrew with flat head driver?

Tap it round with a chisel and a hammer, might free it up a bit and then a Torx bit may work.

Dremel?

Drill it oot. Even better, use a left handed drill and it’ll probably start winding out before you’ve drilled too far into it. You want to just remove the head of bolt and that’ll release the tension. If you still can’t get out then, use an easyout extractor as above.

Is it on a carbon bar? If not, maybe have a crack at just knocking it off the end of the bar, once it’s off it’ll relax the clamp and bolt and make things much easier.

Looked like a torq job to me tbh! Lefty drillbits very useful to own, better than easy-outs (especially in small bolts- the purpose of the easy-out is to snap off in the hole and leave an incredibly hard, undrillable tip in the bolt)

Drill it out.

I drilled out a bolt on my Thompson stem that had rounded, it didn’t take that long, but I had to get some tungsten bits and cutting fluid.

I drilled out a mech hanger bolt on my frame once, and drilled into the frame by accident……
