Just went to undo one of the bolts on my hone cranks and it rounded completely?

    Anyone got any ideas?

hammer a screw driver or slightly larger torx tool into the end if you can.And then you can usually turn it
If you can get to part of it, cut a small slot with a hacksaw and try to tap it round.
    Failing that drill it out!!

Are you talking about one of the non-drive side pinch bolts? Tap a slightly oversized Torx bit into it. Cross fingers.

put a decent bolt in the other hole and crank it up to loosn off the rounded one then do the torx trick as above

Cool. Cheers everyone. Will try this tomorrow when I have some torx bits to hand.
