I’ve been using my rollers a fair bit recently but I’d like to move them upstairs in the spare (carpeted) room but the noise is a little too loud.

I’ve put them on a small sheet of plywood so the belt doesn’t rub the carpet but is there anything else I could do to help whiten things down a bit?
    Maybe a yoga mat?

    What rollers?

I was able to quieten my Tacx Antares a bit by removing rollers, tapping bearings out (they were pretty loose to begin with) and loctiting them back in place.

Riding an old Dawes fixed wheel with slick 25s, rollers are elite parabolic rollers, nice and quiet downstairs just creates a hum if I use them upstairs

    Ear plugs.
