  • Rogate – anyone transferred a booking – how?

    Have a mate who now can’t go tomorrow and I’d like to take his booking, he’s an annual pass member and I am an ad hoc member.

    There’s no mechanism to transfer bookings and they are clear that it’s pre-pay only (I’ve no issue paying for the day ticket).  No response on messenger and email to date.  I can try calling tomorrow am (if they even answer), but would rather know tonight so I can join an early start road ride if it’s a no-go.

    Anyone have any insight / experience, as don’t want to wing it, drive an hour only to be turned away?

    Can’t he just email you his bar code thing? Can’t imagine they’re all jobsworth about stuff like that there, have only just moved on from you ride and if you bump into the guy you give him a fiver! Pretty chilled place all round.

    I’ve had a response from them, non transferable.  It’s become stricter since everything has become pre booked and limited access.
