    Seems everyone agrees with you..
I have only seen these on a few high end OEM bikes.
I’ve never seen them fitted aftermarket and not heard anyone rave about them..

Stick with a set of Sid’s and spend the rest on a set of carbon wheels and a holiday.

Why would there be an “other” reason?

Some people like forks so flexy that they make steering more of a suggestion, as opposed to an actual command?

I’ve got them on my XC FS, I really like them and don’t find them any flexier than the Fox 32SC I have on my HT, if anything I prefer them.

Plus they look awesome and have oodles of mud clearance, along with bushes & seals that are always lubed.

I know you can also get it on top end, near 4 figure SID forks, but the hydraulic x-loc is immense and dirt proof

I think sram put too much time/money into it, found they weren’t any better than the sids, but thaught **** it lets sell them and hope we make some of that money back.
