The PopLoc function on a pair of Reba forks I have is no longer working. It appears to be an issue with the remote lever rather than the fork.

The lever sticks in the inward position – not locked out. The fork locks out when the grub screw on the adjuster on the fork crown is undone.

Do any of you know how to repair the remote – I can’t even find an exploded diagram of the remote I have. If not is it possible to repair the remote is it possible to convert the current damper cartridge to crown mounted lock out?

The PopLoc system is a bit rubbish IME, and I hardly used it when XC racing anyway. When mine went, the cost of replacement was about half the cost of an RCT3 damper, so upgraded to that instead.
